Dr. Michael McNamara is a Board Certified orthopedic surgeon who has 30 years of experience treating simple and complex hand, elbow, and shoulder problems. Dr. McNamara graduated from University of Washington Medical School in 1987 and completed his residency in Orthopedic Surgery at the University of Texas Health Science Center in 1993. In 1994 he completed his Fellowship at the Hand Center of San Antonio and earned his Certification in Added Qualifications in Surgery of the Hand. His specialized training includes hand, elbow, and shoulder surgery as well as trauma, sports medicine, and total elbow and shoulder replacements.
